We have a vision to make south-east Melbourne the destination for a new A-League, W-League and National Youth League Club with the aim of becoming Australia’s largest football heartland.
With 10 Clubs currently in the A-League, Team11 is the name of the community’s bid to bring the 11th Club to south-east Melbourne.

ABOUT THE BID
In Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs we represent more than 156 nationalities, but we speak a common universal language – football. The region boasts a rapidly growing population in excess of 1.2 million when combining Casey City, Greater Dandenong, the Cardinia Shire, the City of Kingston, the City of Frankston, Mornington Peninsula Shire and Gippsland.
With 89 grassroots clubs and more than 12,000 registered players in Victoria’s most multicultural region, we feel that Melbourne’s south-east is Australian football’s best kept secret.
The region regularly produces players that make it to the world stage, headlined by Springvale City junior, Socceroos World Cup player and Team11 Ambassador Vince Grella, and current Socceroos duo Jackson Irvine (Endeavour United) and Bailey Wright (Langwarrin, Mornington and Dandenong Thunder). Not to mention the women’s game, including rising star and recent Matildas call-up, Pakenham-raised Jacynta Galabadaarachchi.
So, to turn that breeding ground into a fully-fledged production factory, imagine this: A boutique football stadium in the heart of Dandenong; a state-of-the-art training and administration base at Casey Fields, which will be accessible to the community, and; junior teams that will be almost the exclusive domain of local players.
This will be a Club built by the community, for the community. We are football lovers desperate for professional men’s and women’s teams on the national stage. We intend to be one of the biggest football clubs in Australia and we know that, with your support, we will be.
